HARTLAND CABIN

One of the original Berridon Farm cabins Hartland nestles at the foot of the eight acre field. The closest to the tree house and stream, Hartland sleeps a family of six. The cabin has a main living room with wood-burning stove, and kitchen area with dining table for six. There is a bunk room with two single bunk beds, and a double bedroom with a secret door to the shower room. Between the living area and bedroom is a double cabin bed, perfect for two children or an adult. As well as the wood-burner you'll find a gas powered stove for quick cooking, and an under-counter fridge to keep your supplies cool.

An electric reading light in main bedroom and extra light in the kitchen provide light while candles and paraffin lamps add an atmospheric touch too. This is almost off grid living, you'll find one power point for powering up phones and mini gadgets. Watch the sunset from your veranda, or fire up the private wood-burning hot tub and watching the sky at night.

"We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Hartland cabin. It was fantastic to stay in such a quiet and rustic location. We took advantage of the pizza oven on our first night and really enjoyed both the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings of our stay.

"We stayed during one of the hottest weekends of the year, so we kept all the curtains and front flaps down which kept it fairly cool at night.

"It was a great spot to have day trips from, we went to Clovelly and Bude for day trips."
